Lead Estimator - Water Group Department: Operations: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Long Beach: Compensation: $150,000 - $190,000 / year Description: Stacy Witbeck is seeking a Lead Estimator for our Water Group based in our Long Beach, CA office. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: - Prepare cost estimates for both bid-build and alternative delivery projects (CMGC, CMAR, PDB) utilizing estimating software (currently HCSS) and analyzing production rates and schedules. - Manage overall estimate while performing take-offs and estimating specifics scopes as described below. - Perform Take-Off efforts for assigned portions of the estimate with a focus on mechanical and process piping and direct Take-off efforts for other scopes of work. - Actively participate in strategy meetings on project approach, sched...
