Value Creation Program Specialist - Industrial Strategy

The Value Creation Program Specialist is responsible for developing Planning, Time to Market and Capital Allocation efficiency proposals, supporting the Value Creation Office. This role will be focused on defining levers/opportunities to improve CAPEX, to be achieved during planning and execution phase. The position will coordinate the organization of investment historical data and performance KPIs that will feed the next generation of archetypes. Key Responsibilities: - Apply lever to improve commercial performance and reduce number of dies; update archetype and waterfall to unapproved programs - Confirm Best In Class Design for Manufacturing for welding and joining method for different segments and update archetype - Develop proposals to align Make /buy to best industry practice; evaluate impact (R&D CAPEX, TPC,…) - Benchmark actual project and updated archetype; validate archetype in R&D CAPEX committee Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant technical discipline. - 8+ years of experience in Vehicle Manufacturing (stamping, welding, and assembly). - Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams and working within unionized envir...
