Program Specialist Utility Programs and Services: Load Management Programs Location: Columbia, MD or Reston, VA (Hybrid – Home Office with Office Travel) Are you ready to make a difference? To support our growth, ICF is seeking a candidate to manage day-to-day responsibilities for multiple load management programs and pilots in the Mid-Atlantic. Working closely with program and portfolio managers, this individual will ensure seamless project implementation and contribute to various deliverables such as creating and managing progress reports, conducting research on demand response initiatives for other utilities, supporting program stakeholders and participants, and researching products and enhancements.
