Job DetailsJob Location: Chiswick at Dunwood - Fox Point, WI 53217Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $21.00 - $27.60 HourlyJob Shift: DayMandel Group is searching for a full-time apartment Maintenance Technician I or II to complete our team at The Chiswick at Dunwood, a luxury apartment community in Milwaukee's North Shore. While this role will mainly be based out of The Chiswick (Fox Point, WI), this is a multi-site maintenance tech position and will require you to occasionally travel to Beaumont Place (Whitefish Bay) and Lighthorse 4041 (Shorewood) throughout your work shift. As such, access to a personal vehicle and appropriate car insurance/driver's license are required for this position. You will receive solid training, continuous development, and a tech-centric, paperless platform that will allow for professional growth and promotion within the company.
