Physicians provide a comprehensive range of primary and specialty care services at the 333-bed hospital and outpatient facilities both on and off of the Eskenazi Health downtown campus including at a network of Eskenazi Health Center sites located throughout Indianapolis. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Role Summary Dedicated healthcare professional responsible for assisting providers in delivering high-quality orthopedic and clinical care. Skilled in applying, removing, and modifying casts, splints, and orthopedic devices while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Supports physicians with in-office procedures, prepares exam rooms, documents patient information accurately, and provides patient education on cast care and treatment plans. Demonstrates strong knowledge of infection control, sterile techniques, and clinical protocols.
