The HRBP supports the organization by communicating and implementing human resources programs, practices and initiatives that contribute to the success of the business and individual team members. Position Details: Exempt Salaried position based upon experience Standard site hours: 7:00am-3:30pm: Location: Holly Ridge, LA 71269: Travel Expectation - up to 10% (mainly to Plano TX HQ) Primary Roles & Responsibilities: Understands the organization’s mission, products/services and customers as to achieve strategic functional and operational HR alignment. Contributes to the development and success of the organization’s objectives and strategies. Ensures management is aware of Company policies and guidelines, as well as local, state and federal laws and regulations when making decisions that that impact team members. Works closely with management to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws or regulations. Completes personnel transactions, such as hires, promotions, terminations, etc. and maintains associated records.
