Receptionist - Belfast Role: We are seeking to recruit a receptionist to join the team at Grant Thornton in our Belfast office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and professional receptionist to become part of a busy team within a professional and fast-paced environment. The primary purpose of the role is to provide an efficient, welcoming and courteous reception service to all clients, visitors and staff. Requirements: - Previous reception experience is essential - Ability to confidently communicate with clients at all levels - Computer literate, ICDL or equivalent - Excellent professional etiquette - Excellent communication skills - Client service orientation/ customer care skills - Excellent communicator and team player - Self-motivated and keen eye for detail - Excellent organisational skills - Ability to adapt to a fast paced, hands-on environment Responsibilities: - Managing day to day presentation of reception and general meeting room areas - Meeting and greeting clients in a courteous, professional and friendly manner - Managing meeting rooms / desk bookings - Arranging catering requirements for meetings / office events - Provide a professional and persona...
