Job description

Overview The Wellness Director is responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of the wellness program and meeting the social and wellness needs of the residents through planned wellness activities, exercise programming, leisure activities, and continued interaction with community groups. Responsibilities: Manages the selection, training, development, and performance of assigned staff. Ensures financial viability of department, including the development, management, and accountability of budgets. Ensure departmental completion and implementation of the care plan and assessment process for all residents.
