Position Purpose The Director of Regulatory Compliance and Enterprise Safety will oversee the Sr. Regulatory Compliance manager that provides regulatory support to all 3 verticals in addition to oversight of the Company’s safety programs. This position involves creating and enforcing company policies, standards, and procedures to comply with local, state, and federal regulations Key Responsibilities: This role works closely with senior leaders as a strategic partner to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations. Establishes compliance standards and designs improvements to internal control structures. Minimizes legal risks by understanding current and proposed legislation, enforcing regulations, recommending new procedures, and complying with legal requirements including: Develop and execute comprehensive policies, standards, and procedures to ensure organizational adherence to all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, enhancing overall regulatory compliance across the company.
