Provides strategic leadership and oversight to the continuum of Imaging and Cardiovascular Services; including cardiac catherization, angiography, breast center and interventional radiology to accomplish sustained profitable growth in all areas of responsibility. Duties/Responsibilities: It is understood that this is a summary of key job functions and does not include every detail of the job that may reasonably be required. - Ensures the departments meet the current needs and addresses the future needs of patients by introducing new technologies, services, and procedures. - Collaborates with BIDMC and other BLIH clinical partners on joint initiatives in respective departments. - Develops and implements initiatives to expand and maximize the effectiveness of the Services including targeted performance improvement initiatives for all areas. - Promotes the development and implementation of best practices and the cultivation of a highly efficient patient flow process. - Collaborates with the nursing and medical staff leadership structure on issues related to service delivery...
