Total Number of Openings 1 Category Specialist delivers strategic sourcing and supplier management activities for assigned categories, driving cost, performance, and value in alignment with business objectives As Category Specialist for the Oronite R&D Plant in the Netherlands you will support the key procurement categories which include: · Engineering Services (CAPEX & small projects) · Asset Maintenance & Repair Services (incl. critical/OEM maintenance) · Laboratory Services (outsourced testing & analysis) · Engine Testing Services & Technical Services · Engine Spares & OEM Parts (incl. critical spares optimization) · Professional Services You will also be responsible for the contracting process for the assigned categories, in alignment with Chevron policies and procedures. In this role, you will work with our key stakeholders on projects to provide market intelligence, identify total cost of ownership (TCO) and value-chain opportunities.
