Job Title: Salesforce Principal Architect Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Principal Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role is responsible for defining architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving large transformation programs across multiple clouds and integrations. Key Responsibilities: - Architecture Leadership - Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud, and Industry Clouds - Establish scalable, secure, and high-performing solution designs - Own architecture governance, standards, and best practices - Program & Delivery Oversight - Lead large, complex transformation programs (multi-org, multi-cloud) - Provide technical leadership across squads/teams - Ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability of solutions - Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with C-level executives, business leaders, and IT stakeholders - Translate business strategy into technology roadmaps - Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal leadership - Integration & Data Strategy - Define API-led architecture (MuleSoft or similar) - Drive enterpris...
