We are looking for an Insert Operator/Operations Supervisor- Night Shift who will: - Report to Design Delivery Center Leader to contribute towards managing the daily work processes, procedures, volumes, and deadlines. - Monitor departments daily. Identify and report on inefficiencies and successes. - Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, including maintaining safe working environments. - Be responsible for adherence to contractual SLA & OLA standards. Any potential deviation must be escalated and followed up with appropriate documentation. - Track all statement holds, reruns, respools, releases and any other special instructions to ensure the correct mailing of products associated with the Production Facility. - Coach and provide performance management to a team of 20+ team members.
