About the role: Transfer Pricing is a key area of focus for tax authorities worldwide and a strategic topic for the Group. In parallel, strong tax expertise is required during the tendering phase to properly structure intercompany flows, assess tax costs and risks, and secure compliance throughout project execution. As Transfer Pricing & Tender Taxation Director , you will have global responsibility for defining and leading the Group’s Transfer Pricing strategy and for supporting the business on all tender-related taxation matters.
