Job description

Essential Responsibilities: - Supports the information technology team by assisting with hardware/software troubleshooting, PC setup, network maintenance, and system documentation. - Assists with IT audits and maintains hardware inventory. - Communicates the status of issues with the team and escalates to fellow resources when necessary. - Performs cleanup/filing/organizing of IT hardware/software inventories as needed. - Demonstrates a willingness and ability to learn new technologies. - Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness when finding solutions to problems. - Maintains accuracy and details of customer files, which may include scanning for electronic files. - Import documents into our file storage system. - Participates in community engagement activities - Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). - Other duties as assigned.
