Description: The Office of Financial Aid is seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Senior Financial Aid Assistant to serve as a first point of contact for students, parents, and campus visitors. In this role, you will advise families on the financial aid application process and eligibility requirements, direct incoming calls and emails, and provide high‑quality customer support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional accuracy in reviewing and entering data, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems. This position also supports the integrity of financial aid records by resolving audit errors, managing mail distribution, assisting customers with documentation needs, and helping train new employees and student staff.
