Job Description Hours: Full-Time – 35 Hours: Work Location: 30-30 Thomson Avenue, LIC, NY 11101 The NYC Department of Design and Construction, Finance & Procurement Division’s Agency Chief Contracting Office (ACCO) is seeking to hire a Senior Contract Manager. Under supervision, with latitude for independent initiative and judgment, the Senior Contract Manager will assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures and Step by Step Guides for all procurement and procurement related tasks. This includes all the processes utilized by the ACCO’s office for Request for Subcontractor/Subconsultant Approvals, performing responsibility determinations, responding to requests for reports on work withing the Vendor Integrity Unit, developing reports to help the agency track Vendor Integrity activities, processing performance evaluations in PASSPort, and other Vendor Integrity or procurement related tasks. The Senior Contract Manager will also assist with improvement strategies and reporting for all ACCO units.
