USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app About the UNH Upward Bound Summer Academy The Upward Bound Summer Academy takes place on the campus of the University of New Hampshire where students live in a UNH residence hall, eat at a UNH dining hall, and attend classes in academic buildings throughout the campus. UB teachers are committed to education and to helping young people and have the opportunity to create an experiential curriculum that is both interesting and inspiring. Academics at Upward Bound: We offer courses in Math, Science, Literature & Composition, as well as Success Seminars (in “life after high school” topics). Duties/Responsibilities: Teach two, 90-minute classes and support students during a “lunch & ketchup” period on either a Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday schedule (9am-2pm) depending on your subject.
