Position Overview: Duties for the Parts Administrator will include issuing Pos, ordering HVAC parts for customer’s equipment, following up with customers on estimated time arrival for parts, researching warranty parts and following up on credits, quoting repairs with non-policy customers, scheduling follow up calls/repairs with the customer, and other duties as assigned.
