Description POSITION: Assembly Employee: COMPANY: United Equipment Accessories, Inc. POSITION SUMMARY: - Review blue prints and work instructions to produce accurate work product that meets quality standards, safety requirements and allotted run times while also meeting efficiency and productivity goals of the department - Generate minimal waste and maintain a clean and organized work area at all times - Other projects and duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: This position reports directly to the Production Supervisor. No positions report directly to this position. REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION - High school diploma or equivalent is required. EXPERIENCE - Entry-level position – job assignment will be commensurate with the level of demonstrated skills through school and previous positions. Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment assembling components is a plus. SKILLS - Effective communication and listening skills are essential to collect and share work-related information with employees at all levels of the organization.
