Your Opportunity, Your Team: Reporting to the People Lead, as a Manager People & Organization you will support QVC Italy providing strategic consulting to leadership teams, serving as a trusted advisor on all business and People strategies. This role requires a high level of business knowledge and understanding of structured business strategies. You will lead complex changes and transformational programs and will be responsible for delivering on initiatives that improve the organizational health which are aligned with the People and business strategy. You will lead the People and Organization team who act as the local point-of-contact for the People function, interfacing between the business and relevant Centers of Excellence to ensure the smooth running and delivery of day to day culture and talent activities.
