Data Engineer - Maternity Cover

Job description

As a Data Engineer at fundcraft, you will be the primary engine behind our data movement and storage. We are looking for an autonomous professional who can manage our data engineering and migration efforts. Your mission is to ensure that data flows seamlessly and accurately across our platform. While you will collaborate with the Product team on analytical insights, your core focus will be the technical execution of data migrations, ETL maintenance, warehouse optimization and data documentation. This is a mid-level role requiring a "builder" mindset—someone who can pick up existing scripts, improve them, and ensure 100% data integrity. This position is a fixed-term position to cover a maternity leave. The role is based in our Girona office and offers a great opportunity to work within a fast-growing Fintech environment, reporting directly to the Data Lead.
