Operations Supervisor Department: Operations: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Blackhall (Walshestown): Description: The Operations Supervisor for the Wash Plant will oversee the end‑to‑end performance of soil recycling and processing in the wash plant ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant processing of contaminated soils into reusable materials. The role combines operational leadership, regulatory oversight, continuous improvement, and commercial awareness to maximise throughput, quality, and profitability while maintaining high environmental and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Processing Operations: - Lead operational staff and daily operations of the soil washing plant, including feedstock intake, processing, water treatment, material separation, and product output. - Monitor wash plant performance metrics such as throughput, moisture content, recovery rates, and downtime. - Optimise equipment utilisation and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance with engineering teams in the wash plant. - Ensure consistent production of high quality recycled aggregates and sands that meet specification. - Health, Safety, Environment & Compliance - Maintain full c...
