Position Summary : The Digital Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital communication strategies that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and conversions. The Digital Communications Manager will use various channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications, to reach our customers at strategic touchpoints throughout the customer journey.
