Department: 60901 Atrium Health Floyd Polk Medical Center - Lab Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: 1st shift - 7A - 3:30PMonday - Friday with occasional weekends and holidays. Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 Job Summary: The Team Lead coordinates MLTs and MTs in a wide range of duties that include producing timely lab results, performing and documenting quality control, utilizing, supplies properly and assuring compliance with state, OSHA, FLOYD and other agency guidelines. He/she assures competency of all testing staff, reviews and accepts responsibility for the accuracy of test results. Responsibilities: Performs quality work. Displays a sense of cooperation in daily work relationships. Promotes staff development.
