Who We Are Looking For: Are you the Director of Nursing we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others while leading a dynamic team of nurses by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students! Centerpoint is a 16-bed Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) for emotionally disturbed adolescent males. The primary mission of Centerpoint is the treatment and rehabilitation of adolescent males with mental illness and challenging behaviors. Centerpoint provides a secure, clinically intensive residential program that enhances growth and coping skills. The program’s ultimate goal is to enable each resident to attain optimal psychological and social growth; to transition to a less restrictive setting and eventually into the greater community. The ideal Nursing Director will be a team player capable of effectively leading and working within and across departments. The Director of Nursing will function as part of the Centerpoint Program administrative team, and working to ensure that all aspects of the program are functioning optimally and that all students’ needs are being met.
