Position Summary Tangentyere Council: Aboriginal Corporation (TCAC) is a community controlled Public Benevolent Institution delivering human services and social enterprise activities for the benefit of Aboriginal people from the Alice Springs Town Camps, urban Alice Springs, and Central Australia. The Municipals & Essential Services (MES) Team Leader is responsible for Municipal & Essential Services which includes grounds and roads maintenance, environmental and waste management, street lighting, power, water, and sewage on Tangentyere Council Town Camps. The Municipal & Essential Services Team Leader is responsible for their team to deliver scheduled and unscheduled Municipal & Essential Services work on Town Camps to a high standard. The Municipal & Essential Services Team Leader also is responsible for the training of Municipal & Essential Services Team Members. The MES Team Leader works closely with the Activities/MES Coordinator to monitor team member performance and attendance, identify suitable training, and ensure that Employability Skills are incorporated and emphasised in daily tasks.
