Job description

We are looking for a talented Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for next SY. Hourly Rate Range : $50.00-$65.00 per hour - 5 Full-time Speech Language Pathologist positions available for 25-26 SY - 7.3 hours per day, 5 days a week Responsibilities would include: - Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech, language, communication, and social needs. - Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that reflect each student’s unique goals. - Deliver direct therapy services in individual, group, and classroom settings. - Address challenges related to articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic (social) communication. - Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress. - Maintain thorough documentation in alignment with Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) and IDEA compliance standards. - Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and student progress reviews. - Provide education and consultative support to staff and families to help reinforce communication strategies across environments Benefits: - Master’s or Doctoral degree i...
