Job Summary The Division Order Analyst II is an intermediate level position responsible for performing clerical, data entry and research duties for the Division Order Department related to the correct and prompt establishment and maintenance of record title ownership to Continental Resources’ producing properties. This position is responsible for the daily work and performance of all routine division order responsibilities. The Division Order Analyst II will address and seek resolution of division order related issues of increasing complexity. This position will provide assistance to senior level analysts for an assigned geographical area. This position requires a highly motivated individual, capable of successfully achieving positive results. Duties and Responsibilities: - Establishes and maintains divisions of interest for revenue distribution and joint interest billing. - Initiates pay code changes and ownership transfers of intermediate complexity within SAP. - Assists senior level division order analysts as needed. - Researches and responds to phone calls, emails and written inquiries from interest owners in a timely manner. - Prepares Division Orders and Transfer Orders accur...
