Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Nebraska Medicine is seeking a highly motivated Ambulatory Care Pharmacist – Medical Oncology to join our nationally recognized program at the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center. This position supports patients across the continuum of care, with a focus on solid tumor malignancies. Position Overview: The Ambulatory Care Pharmacist serves as an integral member of the Medical Oncology team, providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care across both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role promotes continuity of care, supporting complex oncology patients. In this role, the pharmacist serves as a clinical partner within a multidisciplinary care team, helping optimize complex medication regimens, monitor treatment response and toxicity, and support safe transitions between inpatient and outpatient care.
