Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!: Responsibilities: - Manufacture and inspect highly precise parts while adhering to strict quality standards and keeping an eye on deadlines. - Carry out the final finishing of the produced parts to ensure they meet our high standards. - Properly prepare produced parts for further transport according to applicable packaging regulations. - Play a key role in the separate collection and recording of recyclable materials, actively contributing to our sustainability strategy. - Maintain SPC error collection cards to identify and implement potential improvements. - Prepare a performance report documenting our progress and highlighting opportunities for optimization. - Strictly follow workflow and all safety regulations to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. - Take responsibility for the quality of our products as well as for orderliness and cleanliness at the workplace. Qualifications: - Knowledge in the field of manufacturing or production. - Ideally, training in the technical field, which is considered an additional plus. - German language skills at least at B1 level. - Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation.
