Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking Laborers to join our East TN asphalt paving crew based out of Knoxville, TN. This individual will be responsible for tasks around the jobsite involving general manual labor related to paving asphalt. This individual will work on various construction projects that may require extended hours including some nights/weekends. The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence, be a self-starter and will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to: - Smooths freshly poured asphalt, shovels asphalt, or other materials. - Pushes and pulls asphalt rake to level asphalt to fine grade specifications. - Self-motivated individual...
