Disability Support Worker – Respite/SIL In this role, you’ll play a key part in day to day service delivery for clients accessing Short Term Respite (STR) and Supported Independent Living (SIL). You’ll support individuals with daily living, community participation, positive behaviour support, high intensity supports and decision-making - ensuring each person experiences meaningful engagement, independence and connection.
