Description The in vivo pharmacology group is seeking a highly motivated, early-career cardiovascular scientist to join our Cardiovascular-renal-metabolism (CRM) team in Ridgefield, CT. This role will focus on hands-on assessment of cardiovascular function in preclinical (rodent) models, with emphasis on invasive hemodynamics and/or small-animal echocardiography . This role offers the opportunity to lead from the bench initially and grow into scientific, project, and people leadership while advancing transformative therapies for cardio ‑ renal ‑ metabolic patients. About the Team: The Cardiovascular-Renal-Metabolic Diseases Research (CRMDR) team in Ridgefield, CT has delivered 7 first-in-class therapeutics into clinical development in the last decade, with multiple clinical proof of concepts in recent years. Looking ahead, our research focuses on the interconnected cardiovascular-renal-metabolic space by leveraging multidisciplinary project teams, academic collaborations, and strong partnership with CRMDR colleagues in Biberach, Germany.
