Description The Musical Studies Department at The School of Music at DePaul University invites applications for adjunct faculty teaching positions (part-time) to teach aural skills. Sections of this course meet twice a week for 50 minutes each class. There may be an option to teach multiple sections of this course. Qualifications: Required qualifications: - Master of Music in Music Theory, Music Education, Performance, or Composition - High level of musicianship, including piano proficiency, sight-singing, and rhythmic acuity - Familiarity with teaching solfeggio and rhythmic solfège of any type - Experience and success teaching aural skills at the university level Application Instructions: A complete online application must be submitted into our application portal in order to receive consideration.
