Amplifon, a global leader in hearing care, is seeking an experienced Transformation Director to drive strategic, operational, organizational and digital transformations across its operations in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading change management initiatives that enhance the company’s efficiency, innovation, and customer experience while ensuring alignment with global strategies. As the Transformation Director, you will play a crucial role in driving and overseeing our company-wide transformation initiatives. You will be part of the German Leadership Team and will report directly to the Germany GM. You will collaborate closely with various teams, to ensure the successful implementation of transformation programs.
