This is your opportunity to join an international group with a project that needs you to help meet the challenges of digital transformation. 💻 THE ROLE: We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Kofax Developer for a national project. 🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY: - Daily monitoring of the state of health of desktop publishing applications, GED, workflow (morning-check, application of recurring procedures for reprocessing rejections, relaunching suspended jobs, processing all alerts raised by the supervision of applications and servers etc) - Validation of the proper functioning of the application ADOC during software and infrastructure upgrade operation - Analysis and correction of production incidents - Processing assistance requests from ADOC users - Analysis and correction of production incidents - Communication of the progress of the resolution of the anomalies to the declarant and to the IT support teams - The relationship with our outsourcer OPS / ITG for incident reporting and change requests...
