Job Description: - Resolves issues related to visuals by communicating with chain brands and individual restaurants via telephone and email. - Completes visual requests from the graphics team and adds stock visuals during DLP processes. - Provides support for processes originating from Global. Qualifications: - Proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud tools, especially Photoshop - Ability to work in compliance with brand guidelines and visual standards - Managing and tracking graphic-related email communications - Strong ability to accurately interpret feedback and deliver fast, precise revisions - Disciplined approach to time management and handling multiple tasks simultaneously - Effective communication and coordination with relevant teams - Ability to work efficiently within a team structure whil...
