APP Certified Nurse Midwife: Senior Instructor – Assistant Professor - 39165 Faculty Description University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus Department: Obstetrics & Gynecology, Division of Academic Specialists in Obstetrics and Gynecology Job Title: APP Certified Nurse Midwife: Senior Instructor – Assistant Professor Position #00845736: – Requisition #: 39165 Job Summary: The Division of Academic Specialists in Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology has an opening for a 1.0 full-time faculty at the rank of Senior Instructor or Assistant Professor for a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) to provide outpatient clinical care in obstetrics and gynecology as a member of the University’s Women Care (UWC) practice. Outpatient duties include primarily obstetric care, annual visits, and benign gynecologic care including contraception. This job involves the education of residents, advanced practice providers, and/or medical students. There is a potential for inpatient work although emphasis will initially be on ambulatory practice.
