Responsibilities We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the Government in guiding engineering teams across the National System of Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and Federal Agency partners. This role is responsible for applying a multi-disciplinary systems engineering approach to ensure the successful delivery of timely, accurate GEOINT across complex, enterprise-level environments. Key Responsibilities: Location: This opportunity is fully onsite in either Chantilly or Springfield, VA - Lead and mentor mid- and junior-level engineers across the full systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements, design, integration, test, and sustainment - Guide requirements analysis, traceability, and allocation across architectures, systems, and programs - Support the translation of mission and customer needs into scalable system and capability solutions - Evaluate and guide solution design efforts based on requirements, mission priorities, and emerging technologies - Perform systems integration activities across complex systems-of-systems environments - Conduct Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Courses of Action (CoAs), trade st...
