Moran Construction, Inc. is currently seeking experienced residential carpenters to join our restoration and remodeling team. If you have 5+ years of carpentry experience and you are hardworking and committed to excellence then you are the person we are looking for. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Rough framing and layout - Ability to do customer mill/trim work - Install doors, windows, various trims, crown etc. - Meet basic remodeling skills; painting, drywall, tile, etc. - Make necessary repairs or adjustments to assure quality - Meet standards for quality as set forth by the company - Conduct all activities in a safe manner, adhering to company safety standards - Assure proper housekeeping and organization - Strive to meet team efficiencies for production without compromising quality - We provide full-time employment with benefits and a great opportunity for growth. - Must provide proven experience as a carpenter - Must have an understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction - Must provide own hand tools - Must be able to read tape measure with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, co...
