Overview Overview: - Lead safe, reliable, and efficient operations at the Calca Solutions hydrazine production facility. Oversee production, packaging, and logistics to deliver high‑quality products on time and within budget. Drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen EHS performance. Support sales demand and enable the business to achieve financial targets. Responsibilities: - Oversee production operations by aligning resources, planning campaign start‑ups, securing necessary support and materials, and ensuring full PSM‑MI compliance to meet plant output goals. - Provide leadership that develops and sustains an environment that encourages individual initiative, creativity and growth. Support, encourage and foster team development. - Monitor and facilitate environmental activities (i.e. air quality, wastewater, hazardous material disposal, etc.) to ensure plant compliance with federal, state and local environmental rules and regulations. - Oversee financial management of the facility including budget performance monitoring, development and management of the operating budget, and development and execution of the capital plan. - Lead Hydrazine quality...
