ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Retail Assistant Manager at Trekitt, you will assist in the running of a small team of capable and experienced retail staff to achieve their targets. You will take responsibility for revenue, environment, and colleagues to the highest level you are capable of, setting a strong example in everything you do. You must be passionate about the outdoors and able to speak from your own experience when engaging with customers, inspiring and enthusing them through your own adventures.
