$1500 Sign-On Bonus Available! As a Table Games Dealer: Creates an entertainment environment for all guests. Provide courteous, friendly and prompt service in dealing Table Games. As a Table Games Supervisor: Supervises for the operations of table games on an assigned shift, placing special emphasis on guest service, security of Horseshoe Casino & Hotel’s assets and positive Team Member motivation and coaching. - Responsible for the operations of Table Games on an assigned shift. - Displays a working knowledge of all table games, house rules, counting methods and procedures covering each. - Assures that all coin and check racks are filled at all times. - Settles disputes that arise from guests in the Table Games area, referring those that are very difficult to the Casino Manager – Table Games or Director Table Games. - Assures guest development by interacting with guests, modeling interactive skills with guests and fellow Team Members and making comp decisions. - Remains alert to any unusual or questionable activities being displayed by any Table Games Team Member or gaming guest and reports any situations to assigned superior. - Observes problems or differences between Table Games...
