Procurement Manager

Job description

The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives for direct raw material categories across Rheem’s global operations. Reporting into the Operations organization, this role focuses on developing and executing category strategies, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost and performance improvements across the supply chain. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a deep understanding of sourcing, logistics, and supply chain planning. This position will support our Enterprise division in Atlanta, GA (Onsite) . Develop and execute global category strategies that align with operational goals, mitigate supply risk, and ensure business continuity. Identify and qualify new suppliers, issue RFQs, and evaluate proposals using structured selection criteria to optimize and rationalize the global supply base. Lead cost productivity initiatives to deliver year-over-year savings through sourcing optimization, supplier collaboration, and value engineering.
