Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. - 15 years of experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or other marketing programs. - 5 years of experience defining operational strategies and developing workflows for a global team. - 5 years of experience scaling programs from inception to globally. Preferred qualifications: - Experience managing a small to medium sized team. - Experience working with various digital marketing channels in an e-commerce, gaming, loyalty programs, or digital content business. - Experience using a data-driven approach to report on workstreams and measure business impact. - Ability to align business needs with team resources, navigate ambiguity, adapt plans, and prioritize workloads effectively. - Excellent communications skills and fluent in technical and non-technical business contexts.
