About VIP Hospitality LLC Incorporated in 2004, our company seeks to efficiently elevate the experience of valued patrons and guests served by our contractees exclusively within the hospitality, travel, and tourism industries. We currently operate at some of the busiest airports in the US including here at JFK International Airport and also at Orlando, Sky Harbor, and Seattle-Tacoma airports as well. About the role: As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will seek out opportunities to guide, support, and provide information to passengers, visitors, and airport employees through Terminal 4 and primarily at the airport checkpoints and international arrivals. For example, you may find yourself offering directions, giving wayfinding assistance, organizing queues, helping to order lines and redirect attention to the processes at hand, guiding small groups to faster alternatives, and reporting any facility or stakeholder issues to ensure a positive experience for all. When part of a small team, you may also be responsible for assigning tasks, giving feedback, and serving as a point of contact within your given area if leading.
