Order Selector (Cold Warehouse) / Case Dock 2nd shift

Job description

Essential Functions: - Approach work with a Continuous Improvement mindset, and engage in Model Dairy Mission Statement to identify, value, prioritize, resource and sustain improvement opportunities. - Own and promote a Safety Culture by ensuring a safe work environment and promoting proper safety behavior. - Excellent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position. - Maintaining accuracy in picking orders. - Maintaining proper product rotation. Checking all codes and stock in area. - Maintaining a clean workstation at all times, including cardboard boxes. - Getting empty cases for building of by-products. - Getting tags for identifying stacks for loading. - Taking all leakers to the reprocess area. Notifying supervisor and/or Filler Operator if the leakers are coming from the plant. - Maintaining appropriate dress and personal appearance standards. - Knowing, understanding and adhering to all Company policies and procedures. - Promoting and maintaining company goodwill in all areas. Assisting others and performing other tasks as appropriate and/or necessary. - Unload trailers of empty pallets and cases using pallet jack, move cases to washer for cleaning. - L...
