Analyst, Outbound Transportation

Job description

PURPOSE: Responsible for end-to-end domestic outbound transportation carrier performance. Build the measurement framework and dashboards to track, monitor, and report key metrics that drive carrier performance and network optimization. Support outbound transportation priorities including DC operations and strategy execution. Partner with internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party providers to achieve defined goals and KPIs. Leverage advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL to perform deep-dive analysis of transportation spend, identify trends and root causes, and develop data-driven recommendations. Provide transportation performance support across all brands in partnership with the Transportation Management team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Primary focus: Provide USA downstream transportation support for all channels (eCom, Retail, Partner Program, etc.). - Secondary focus: Backup CAN market support. - Maintain and develop relationships with outbound domestic carriers (TL, LTL, Parcel). - Develop, track, and deliver transportation KPI reporting to support performance management and continuous improvement. - Monitor carrier performance and service-level metrics to ensure SLA compl...
