Job Summary: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a critical role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and engaging prospective customers for Crown Bioscience’s pre-clinical and translational research services. This role works closely with Inside Sales, Business Development (BD), and Marketing to support territory strategy, event-driven outreach, and inbound lead response. The ideal candidate is curious, coachable, detail-oriented, and motivated to build a career in life sciences sales. Responsibilitie s: Lead Generation & Qualification - Prospect and qualify new opportunities within assigned territories and account segments - Respond to inbound leads in a timely and professional manner, including AI-generated leads (e.g., chat, web, campaigns) - Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer needs, research focus, and buying timelines - Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate BD or Inside Sales partner Outbound & Account Development: - Support outbound prospecting efforts aligned to territory plans and priority accounts - Build targeted contact lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SciLeads, and CRM data - Engage...
